DELIVERY

DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN UK WILL BE CHARGED A £15 SHIPPING FEE.

UK items will be sent via Royal Mail with the relevant level of insurance and proof of purchase.

My post days are Tuesday and Thursday. I aim to have all print orders delivered within 5 - 10 working days.

In some cases where items are made to order, delivery may take longer than usual. Please bear in mind some items are handmade one-offs or from small editions so I may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will advise you of a delivery date.

Shipping to non UK countries will be sent via UK Mail overseas parcel services. Insurance will be obtained for goods.

Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. RedBellyBoy has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If any item arrives damaged please contact me within 14 days and keep the item and packaging used. Please photograph the damaged item and email me, we will discuss options: hello@RedBellyBoy.com. A replacement will be dispatched after I have either received the damaged item or after advice from Royal Mail. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to me.

In some cases the print you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case you will be refunded.

LOST ITEMS

If your item does not arrive within 14 days of dispatch for UK and 20 days for rest of the world, please contact me in case delivery has been delayed.

Items returned to me by the postal service marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.

I cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if I notice the address is incomplete, I’ll contact you before dispatch.

Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to the carrier.

For any missing items or issue with delivery you have 28 days with which to contact me to discuss. After this point I cannot refund or replace the missing items.

ORIGINAL ART

All prints are hand pulled and layered so may have an element of imperfection to them – this is deliberate and celebrated.  Colours may vary ever so slightly. This is part of the process and are in no way considered to be defects. To ensure the colours don't fade over time, particularly flourencent colours, keep out of direct sunlight and use museum grade glass framing. All items are sold AS IS.

REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be given strictly at RedBellyBoy's discretion. RedBellyBoy reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
